How we calculate this figure
The baseline is not yesterday's price but the median of the preceding period. The reason is simple: raising a price for one day and putting it back manufactures a "discount", while a median is resistant to such spikes — so an artificial drop never reaches this list.
We look at the last 30 days, count only offers refreshed within 3 days, and hide differences below 10,00 ₼ — a few qəpik is not news.
